I try to keep myself busy, busy, busy. . . . .
which is a hard thing to do when you're used to caring for & chasing around a one year old all day. It's like my purpose for existing is gone and I'm desperately trying fill the void. If I were at home I could clean the house and get tons of stuff done but I'm typically in Northern Utah staying at a friends or in a motel.

I have some great friends though....let me tell you! They do a good job of keeping me entertained and lifting my spirits. Special thanks to Kristin, Mindy & Chelsea- - My Girls!!

I think most moms would be jealous of my every-other-weekends of shopping, eating out, laying out by the pool, movie watching. . . .etc. and now that I'm writing it I'm thinking to myself "Ha! You're actually complaining about this?" Eventually this girl (me) is going to have a job and I won't have so much freedom so I need to just shut up and enjoy it!

Well my last "mommy weekend" was fabulous and I did everything listed above.
Dinner & Shopping at Gateway with the "First Wives Club" (excluding Mindy......she's still happily married......lucky girl)

A little swimming at Murray Pool
Don't forget Sponge Bob!

Well you look so dang cute!!! BTW I LOVE Roman! I have never been around a happier and more interested-in-everything little boy in my life. Hang in there you are amazing!
No makeup days are the best! But I'm pretty sure you could post lots of no-makeup pics and still look very cute. :) The new blog is looking very cute too!
I bet that is so hard! It sounds like you're doing a good job of trying to stay busy though! Its good you have such great friends to help take your mind off things.
Britt... You are so cute! I am glad you got to have a fun Mommy weekend! Like the song says "Women like her don't stay single for long." Not sure of the song, but I know there is one.. xo
Love you. Any time you need to shop/hang out you know I will be there. That was so much fun!
